Job Description
The Process Engineering Technician at Samtec, Inc. will develop and deliver capable and scalable manufacturing processes by collecting data, validating equipment, and documenting work procedures. The role involves troubleshooting, tooling, and supporting production needs for Customer On-Time-Delivery requirements. This is a hands-on position focusing on improving manufacturing processes and working within a cross-functional team.
Requirements
- 2+ years in engineering/manufacturing environment
- Exceptional organizational and tracking skills
- Solid understanding of mechanics
- Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
