Requirements

• Manage and supervise a team across multiple shifts and locations.
• Establish training and cross-training plans.
• Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate production performance.
• Handle orders and ensure deadlines are met.
• Continuously monitor department capacities.
• Supervise work schedules, including overtime and approved leaves.
