Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising a team to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery compliance, and providing training to associates.
Requirements
- Manage and supervise a team
- Ensure safety, quality, and delivery compliance
- Provide training to associates
- Conduct regular 1:1 and weekly communication meetings
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Produce products according to industry standards and customer expectations
- Proactively initiate quality improvements
- Timely containment and investigation of quality issues
- Manage machine capacity and people capacity
- Responsible for overall cost performance
- Communicate with Techs and engage in troubleshooting
- Walk the processes frequently to understand quality concerns or bottlenecks
- Monitor and review metrics regularly
