Production Supervisor

Samtec, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage and lead a team, ensuring high standards in areas such as safety, quality, cost, and customer expectations. The role involves implementing procedures, providing training, resolving issues, and continuously improving processes. Responsibilities include supporting the OSS, managing production, communicating with tech, and ensuring OD and PPM meet targets.

Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience with process knowledge related to a manufacturing area
• Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills
• People management and leadership skills
• Understanding of manufacturing concepts (lean/six sigma preferred)
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Team player
• Ability to work for 90 consecutive minutes without sensory deprivation/paralysis
