Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Samtec's U.S. locations, managing the student/co-op program, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining knowledge of EEO and other guidelines.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 Years' Recruiting Experience
• Agency experience is preferred
• Sourcing & Boolean knowledge is desired
• Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems; Jobvite is preferred
• Great communication skills
• Great organizational & Time Management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes
• No sensory deprivation or paralysis of the limbs
