Job Description
This position is for a specialized cleaning technician at a hospital, focusing on daily cleaning of assigned areas. The role involves dusting, mopping, linen collection, waste removal, and disposal, with a focus on maintaining a clean environment and preventing infections. Training is provided before a per diem position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Industrial or Healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to learn all phases of housekeeping duties.
- Ability to learn and understand the importance of EVS.
- Ability to understand and read English.
- Basic cleaning equipment proficiency.
- Physical ability to perform essential duties.
