Job Description
This per diem role is for a medical assistant (a limited Radiological Technician) who assists a physician/nurse practitioner in the Urgent Care setting. The medical assistant performs radiologic examinations on patients, coordinates patient care, and provides finished exams. The position is intermittent with varying shifts and is designed for urgent care, working under the supervision of qualified medical professionals.
Requirements
- Must hold and maintain current certifications from the ARRT, CRT for a limited practice technician permit.
- Must have current BLS card from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Currently enrolled in continuing education credits for ARRT or CRT.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Must be able to perform essential physical requirements.
