Job Description
This is a full-time, Critical Care Advanced Practice (APP) position within a hospital's CCU department. The role involves providing comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients, collaborating with physicians, and managing treatment, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and interventions. Candidates should have experience as an NP or PA in an acute care environment and pass ACLS certification and demonstrate clinical competency.
Requirements
- Current national board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by ANCC or AACN
- Minimum of six (6) months of ICU experience within the past two (2) years
- Current ACLS certification
- Documentation of clinical activity within the past 24 months (e.g., case log or procedural log)
- Compliance with hospital Medical Staff Bylaws for Allied Health Professionals
