Job Description
The role encompasses the management of critical care patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
Requirements
- One year previous Telemetry experience required
- Previous clinical experience in ICU/CCU preferred
- Critical Care course/update either prior to hire/transfer or within 6 months of hire/transfer
- Current nursing license, state of California
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS
- Basic EKG course or passing of 80% or greater on exam to be completed within orientation period and completion of a 12 Lead EKG class either prior to hire/transfer or within 12 months of hire
