The Communications and Marketing Manager will lead comprehensive communication, marketing, and storytelling efforts across all departments, promoting student achievement, school initiatives, and donor impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Three years of experience or more in marketing, social media management, and public relations
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Proficient skills in design software (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), word processing, and spreadsheet/database management
- Strong communication, public relations, organizational, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional relationship-building both within an organization and in the community
- Experience with event fundraising, planning and execution
- Strong commitment to the mission of Christian education and the values of San Marcos Academy
