Requirements
- Handle client paperwork, forms, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage follow-ups, task tracking, and internal coordination to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support Senior Client Associates with day-to-day operational and administrative work
- Assist with meeting preparation, document organization, and post-meeting follow-up
- Maintain clean, accurate client records in firm systems
- Communicate professionally with internal team members and, over time, with clients as appropriate
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively ask questions to learn and improve
