Senior Client Associate

Crescent Harbor Private Wealth is seeking a Senior Client Associate to provide end-to-end operational and client service support to the advisory team. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple workflows simultaneously, and confidently interact with clients and advisors.

Requirements

• Several years of experience (3–8+) in wealth management, RIA, or financial services
• Experience as a Client Associate, Senior Client Associate, or similar role
• Registration preferred (Series 7/63 or 66)
• Deep familiarity with custodial platforms (Schwab strongly preferred)
