Lead, Production

The Production Lead executes excellent weekend service, builds, develops, and cares for a volunteer team, and leads themselves well.

Requirements

• Recruit volunteers to serve on the production team
• Equip the team to do the work of ministry
• Train team members to execute services with excellence on the various positions
• Develop a core team of leaders who lead and coach the students for midweek programming
• Care and pray for the volunteers on the team
• Pursue training opportunities to further your skills and knowledge in production
• Attend at least one adult service a week
• Be part of a discipleship group here at Sandals Church
