Job Description
The Senior Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing import and export compliance activities to ensure adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations. The role involves trade compliance issues, documentation accuracy, and maintaining compliance with trade agreements, acting as a subject matter expert. The coordinator collaborates with internal departments and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth and compliant cross-border operations.
Requirements
- Conduct and oversee USMCA origin analysis.
- Perform HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classification.
- Maintain knowledge of trade regulations.
- Provide guidance on Incoterms.
- Perform internal audits and risk assessments.
