Job Description
Sanhua is seeking a Technical Program Manager for their West Coast office to support customer OEM and Tier 1 customers with thermal management and HVAC components for EV, PHEV, and AV applications. The role involves collaboration with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to deliver high-quality products. The TPM will develop design, lead engineering activities, and track industry trends.
Requirements
- Serve as the technical interface for OEM and Tier 1 customers.
- Analyze product requirements and lead engineering activities.
- Lead discussions with manufacturing, process engineering, service, packaging, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor industry trends.
- Track competitive thermal components and systems.
- Develop technical documentation.
- Represent Sanhua at industry conferences.
- Strong understanding of refrigerant-based, coolant-based, and air-cooled systems.
