Primary Care Behavioral Health Clinician

Primary Care Behavioral Health Clinician (PCBHC) provides patient-centered, whole-person care to an underserved population in Sonoma County, CA. The BHC works as a member of the primary care team providing behavioral health services, including consultations, assessments, brief interventions, and education. The BHC utilizes a biopsychosocial approach to understand and address the emotional, cognitive, behavioral, situational, and contextual barriers to the patient’s health and wellbeing.

Requirements

• LMFT, LCSW, PsyD. Or PhD. with a valid, unrestricted California license.
• One year of experience providing similar services preferred.
• Experience working in a primary care medical facility preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English fluency strongly preferred (may be required in certain settings).
