We are seeking a highly autonomous Oracle Symphony POS Technical Consultant to support the deployment of Oracle Symphony POS and its back-office suite across international markets.
Requirements
- Learn in-depth configuration of Symphony POS and back office.
- Identify optimal configuration options for each market while ensuring consistency with global standards across LATAM deployments.
- Support integrations with mobile apps, web ordering, kiosks, payment providers, fiscal solutions, and legacy systems (ERP, Inventory, CRM).
- Document technical decisions and solutions end-to-end, maintaining up-to-date records that franchisees and internal teams can easily follow.
- Support global menu management within Oracle Symphony, creating and maintaining products, combos, condiments, and structures in collaboration with local markets.
- Work directly with Global Leadership (Director and Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture) to coordinate the Oracle implementation team and shape solution standards from the ground up.
