Requirements
- Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Assist with the night security procedures.
- Handle guest complaints or issues.
