Job Description
SAP Fioneer is seeking a Business Manager Operations to oversee project lifecycle management, from contracting to invoicing, including project setup in SAP S/4HANA. The role involves resource planning, budget tracking, customer payment management, and continuous process improvement. The company focuses on financial services, with a commitment to agility, innovation, and delivering services to banking and insurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of first professional experience in controlling, project controlling or business operations
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into practical insights
- Adaptable, dynamic, and proactive approach
- Effective communication skills (English fluency is an asset)
- Hands-on mentality
- Team player with a collaborative approach
