Requirements

• 10+ years in banking strategy, digital transformation, or solution advisory
• Deep subject-matter expertise in core banking or payments, banking operating models, and regulatory context
• Strong track record in strategic presales, value advisory, or customer-facing product strategy roles
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage
