SAP Fioneer is seeking a (Senior/Expert) Technical Consultant - Financial Services Data Platform (FSDM) to bring deep expertise in data management and reporting to assist clients in the Banking industry with their transformation projects.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-8 years of professional experience in IT transformation projects
- Solid experience in designing and implementing data management and data integration processes within the banking and insurance industry
- Hands-on expertise in configuring at least one of the following SAP solutions: SAP Financial Services Data Management (FSDM), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere or SAP Business Data Cloud
- Strong background in data modeling, preferably with SQL, MySQL, SAP HANA, SAP IQ, or comparable database technologies
- Practical experience in integrating SAP Finance solutions with operational banking systems, including the design of data flows, ETL/ELT processes, and integration patterns supporting regulatory, financial, and analytical use cases
- Basic knowledge of data management, data governance, and modeling tools, with a strong motivation to further expand these capabilities
- Proficiency in both English and German for effective communication
