Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Full-stack Developer to lead a small, fast-moving team and drive the evolution of our AI architecture and supporting technology. Collaborate within a fast-moving team to stay on top of the latest advancements in AI, validate new approaches and spread learnings broadly. The work is challenging – but it matters. Requirements
- Professional Experience: At least 6 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering end-to-end features or projects.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Core Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python for back-end development.
- Experience with Full-Stack development, including React and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgres).
- AI/ML Foundation: At least 2 years of experience working with ML or LLM solutions, including moving prototypes toward production.
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and working within a major cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ownership: Proven ability to take responsibility for project modules and deliver results within a team setting.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams.
