Job Description
SAP is looking for a Delivery Executive to manage and develop a strong and long-term partnership with its largest customers entering major IS transformation. The role involves driving customer success, developing the partnership and services footprint, and collaborating with the sales team and SAP partners.
Requirements
- Take ownership and drive the service engagement to ensure customer success
- Contribute proactively to develop the partnership and services footprint with the customer
- Orchestrate all SAP services lines
- Collaborate closely with the sales team while being in line with SAP strategy towards innovation and cloud acceleration
- Manage the relationship with SAP partners engaged in delivery at customer's side and ensure seamless collaboration
