SAP is seeking a Principal Consultant (f/m/d) with a focus on Public Sector in SAP Business Transformation Services to help customers in their digital transformation journey. The role requires several years of work experience in consulting, with exposure to SAP solutions preferred, and a solid understanding of trends and challenges in the Public Sector.
Requirements

- Experience in contributing to large SAP transformation programs within the Public Sector
- Good architectural or project management skills in diverse environments
- Familiarity with IT trends and topics relevant to the Public Sector
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders in the Public Sector
- Knowledge of SAP’s strategy and product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and related solutions)
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture projects, SAP-related architecture, and roadmap assessments
- Familiarity with innovation topics such as Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually, with a focus on quality and results-driven engagements
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to high-impact presentations
- Flexibility and adaptability to new tasks/challenges in an innovative environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline
- Excellent German language skills are a must, English is a plus
