SAP Junior Business Consultant (f/m/d) - Germany

We're looking for a SAP Junior Business Consultant to join our team. As a SAP Junior Business Consultant, you'll accompany customers from various industries in the digital transformation and bring IT projects to implementation. You'll participate in workshops, handle tasks independently from the start, and support with innovative ideas. We offer the SAP Academy for Services and Consulting as comprehensive preparation for the tasks of a SAP Business Consultant.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a study, ideally on Master level with outstanding performance in the area of business administration (with focus on computer science) or (economic) engineering.
• Practical experiences, e.g. training, internships, or student jobs.
• Enthusiasm for innovations in the software area as well as pronounced learning readiness and problem-solving competence.
• Sovereign communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1 or higher).
• Developed analytical and conceptual skills for the capture, structuring, and analysis of complex business processes.
• Understanding of company strategies and passion for business topics in relation to IT and the SAP solution portfolio.
• Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g. SAP Enterprise Architecture Methodology, TOGAF).
• First work experience in consulting or SAP support roles, ideally in the context of transformation or implementation projects.
• Practical experience with the implementation and operation of SAP applications throughout the entire lifecycle.
• First contacts with software architecture and corresponding design principles.
• Familiarity with agile and Scrum methods.
