Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in professional software development and full-stack engineering
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software design principles
- Proficiency in one or more programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript & Go
- Mastery of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud-native development and hands-on exposure to platforms and technologies such as Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, and public cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid knowledge of SCM tools (e.g., Git/GitHub)
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of modern API design, microservices communication patterns, and software engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, version control, and secure development
- Ability to design robust System Architecture & Design that are scalable and efficient
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for distributed systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
