As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide solutions to customers' problems, research and identify solutions to software, hardware, and infrastructure issues, and work on infrastructure, system monitoring, and alerting improvements. You will also take part in 24/7 infrastructure monitoring shifts and help create technical documentation and manuals.
