Requirements
- Perform maintenance on county open stormwater conveyance systems and their appurtenances
- Restore road right-of-ways and properties relating to stormwater maintenance and repairs
- Operate specialized equipment, zero turn mowers, slope mowers, arm mowers, and other related equipment required to maintain and repair stormwater conveyance systems and road right-of-way maintenance/construction
- Maintain equipment and vehicles as assigned
- Respond to customer complaints relating to stormwater systems, including pipeline, canal, ditch blockages, and erosion control
- May be needed to perform functions applying herbicides to aquatic and terrestrial weedy plants in County canals, lakes, ponds, ditches, road right-of-ways, and properties
