Assistant Manager

We are growing and adding new properties to our portfolio! Sares Regis Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Toscana at Rancho Del Rey property in Chula Vista, CA. The successful candidate will have 3 years of property management experience and be able to pass a fair housing exam.

Requirements

• 3 years of related property management experience
• Ability to pass fair housing exam
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Knowledge of operations software used at the property level
• Current driver's license and auto insurance
