Assistant Manager

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced property management professional to work at our beautiful 243-unit, The Grand, located in Oakland, CA. The Assistant Community Manager will assume supervisory responsibilities, assist in training and development of the team, and review daily rent recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related property management experience
• High rise experience preferred
• Ability to communicate written and verbally
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of operations software used at the property level
• Current driver's license and auto insurance
