Requirements
- Hiring, training, and developing a competent team
- Managing daily operations
- Collecting rents and implementing delinquent rent procedures
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly performance
- Identifying potential market challenges and creating effective marketing plans
- Assuring OSHA and other safety procedures are implemented
- Identifying potential repairs or capital projects and confirming quality curb appeal
- Reading, following, and implementing company and employee handbooks, property policy manuals, and governing documents
