Job Description
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join their 215-unit community, Middle Plaza Apartments. This position offers excellent career growth within the property management industry and involves performing maintenance and repairs on various property features and equipment. The role is available in Menlo Park, CA and Northern California.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, fence and gate repairs.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting service orders and documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends (required).
