Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, California is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for their 759-unit Oak Creek Apartments community. The role involves performing repairs and maintaining the property's amenities, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring a safe and orderly workplace. Requirements
- 3 years experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
