Job Description
Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, California is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for a maintenance position in their San Diego, CA communities. The position involves performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep in various units, as well as participating in emergency response calls. The company focuses on commercial properties and multifamily communities.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
- Knowledge and skill in performing quality work with required tools and machinery.
- High school diploma or GED, technical school, or three to six months related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret service orders.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements (criminal background check & drug test).
