Job Description
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their 188-unit community, Alders Prosper in Prosper, Texas. Requirements
- 6 months of excellent customer service experience
- Relevant experience
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
- Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement
- Knowledge of operations software (Outlook, Internet, EXCEL, and WORD)
- Current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work weekends and overtime
