Job Description
Sargent & Lundy is seeking an Electrical Engineer 3 - Nuclear to join their Nuclear Power Group. The role involves working on project teams designing and analyzing new or modified power plant electrical systems, ensuring projects are completed satisfactorily. This is a remote position with travel to nuclear power plants in the United States.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering systems design
- Experience with medium and low voltage distribution systems, equipment selection, and analytical calculations
- Experience serving as a firm/client liaison
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective working in teams and individual work
- Detail oriented approach to work
- Valued but not required skills and experience
