Job Description
Lead Transmission Line Engineer 2 - Grid at Sargent & Lundy. Responsibilities include design of transmission lines, mentoring and training, and preparation of reports and studies. Qualifications include a BS degree in engineering and 12 years of transmission design experience.
Requirements
- BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- 12 years of transmission design experience
- Proficiency with PLS-CADD software
- Experience working directly with clients on transmission lines from 69kV through 500kV
- Knowledge of engineering standards including NESC, IEC, ASCE, ACI, IEEE and ANSI
- Experience reviewing design drawings created by others
