Job Description
Saronic Technologies is seeking an experienced Income Tax Manager to lead corporate income tax compliance, provision, and audit activities across global operations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong project management skills and the ability to oversee third-party providers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of U.S. corporate income tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong technical understanding of ASC 740 and corporate income tax concepts
- Proven ability to lead and manage third-party tax vendors
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tax concepts for non-tax stakeholders
