Job Description
Saronic Technologies is seeking a Mold Maintenance – Composites Technician to maintain and repair composite molds used in the production of high-performance marine structures. This role ensures molds are in top condition for precise layups, infusions, and part releases, directly impacting quality, production uptime, and repeatability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with composite molds
- Strong working knowledge of mold preparation and release systems
- Ability to identify and repair common mold issues
- Familiarity with epoxy tooling systems and fiberglass or carbon fiber molds
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain high-gloss or tolerance-critical surfaces
- Comfortable using power tools, polishing equipment, and hand tools
- U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) required
