Head of Sales Region India

The Head of Sales will lead the sales organization in a sub-region of India, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, building customer relationships, and overseeing sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in driving sales in a highly technical environment
• Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience in sales within the Life Science industry
• Extensive industry network
• Deep understanding of industry trends and market conditions
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and customers needs
• Strong collaboration skills
• Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
