HR Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for implementing defined initiatives, initiating local action based on global guidelines and policies, and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines. The goal is to ensure compliance with Labor Law and to support Line Managers in their leadership role.

Requirements

• Academic degree
• 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role (any industry)
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills across all levels and functions, including presentation skills
• Business sense, open-minded, logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skilful in managing multiple tasks, a learning mindset and the ability to work under high pressure
• Experience with any HR Information System
• Experience with MS O365 applications
• Experience in analysing and using data to support decision-making
