Requirements
- Impeccable spoken and written English (C2)
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer support
- Experience in technology and internet navigation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay calm when guiding clients through digital asset management
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and evening shifts
