Fresh Foods Manager (Save More Marketplace - Minocqua)

Save More Marketplace is seeking a dedicated Fresh Foods Manager to join our team in Minocqua. The Fresh Foods Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fresh foods department, including the Deli & Bakery sections, and lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service and increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fresh foods management or a related role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
