Job Description
Savencia is seeking a Milk Processing Machine Operator Polyvalent to operate the machine installation, optimize performance, collect samples, and maintain equipment. The role involves continuous improvement and training of new team members, adhering to strict process and quality standards. The position requires being proactive and a continuous service improvement champion.
Requirements
- Operate installation lines (ultrafiltration, standardization, pasteurization, concentration of serum)
- Analyze samples and record production results.
- Follow trials and ensure the training of new entrants.
- Manage equipment and help maintain machine repairs.
- Report malfunctions and guide maintenance.
