Founding Product Designer

We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to define and shape the user experience of our marketplace and subscription products. This role involves a full design lifecycle, from research to UI delivery, with a focus on intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and motivated to make impactful designs that get shipped quickly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role at a SaaS, marketplace, or product-led growth company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including both UX and UI.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or similar).
• Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with limited resources.
• Self-sufficient and accountable to deadlines.
• Proficient in English and located in North or South America.
