Job Description
Savvy Wealth is changing the wealth management industry by building a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. The Head of Wealth Management Operations will lead the operating backbone of the company, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and delightful advisor and client experiences.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Strong understanding of FINRA broker-dealer operations and SEC/state RIA operations
- Proven record of scaling teams and processes in a high-growth setting
- Strong operator instincts and ability to translate business problems into scalable systems and automation initiatives
