We are seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting to join our dynamic Advisor Growth team. This role is pivotal to attracting the best financial advisors to Savvy Wealth and will report directly to our SGA Manager. The primary responsibility will be to identify, source, and nurture financial advisors and wealth managers with transferrable books of business (minimum $25M AUM) to the firm.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally in the Financial Sector or recruiting revenue-producing candidates)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Highly motivated and resilient by achieving hiring targets consistently
- Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone-based communication
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and more)
