Mainframe with DB2 and COBOL

Saxon Global is seeking a Mainframe professional with expertise in DB2 and COBOL. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software design and development using Mainframe, DB2, and VSAM. The role requires excellent client interfacing skills, experience in the Financial Services domain, and good communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software design and development using Mainframe using COBOL, CICS, JCL, TAL, TACL, C, SCOBOL & Operating System - Tandem Non Stop Kernel
• At least 5 years of experience working in DB2 and VSAM
• Relevant experience in client management
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review
• Excellent client interfacing skills
• Experience to Financial Services domain
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
