Job Description
The Chicago School is seeking a Research and Instruction Librarian for Medical & Health Sciences to provide instructional services and research expertise for the Illinois College of Osteopathic Medicine. The successful candidate will develop and deliver a scaffolded instruction program, provide research consultations, and promote library resources and services to students and faculty.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution, or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience teaching or providing instruction in an academic library, medical library, or health-services information center.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
