SBA Communications is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure. We are looking for a Director, Construction - DAS, Fiber and Wifi Deployment to lead and oversee the planning, building, and deployment of SBA DAS network assets.

Requirements

• Lead, develop, and manage direct reports
• Allocate resources and delegate responsibilities
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement for construction
• Monitor and manage cost
• Track, manage, and report progress
• Develop a channel/partnership program with industry players
• Create a co-selling approach and incentive program
• Advance strategies to increase venue-funded opportunities
• Develop a marketing strategy/approach to promote the SBA MDU and Enterprise Program
